Synergy JOIN allows you to forward Skype for Business meetings to an IVR system. This is done by using a regex rule. The regex rule will look for the text 'Conference ID: 654747' and translate this to an ID that can be sent to the IVR and this will be placed on the touch panel as a OBTP.
Below is an example of what the regex rule should look like:
Below is the Regex Rule in the Regex Tester
Matching Value: This is the text that JOIN is going to look for in the Email.
Replace Value: This is where the matched text should be placed
Sample Text: Here we have placed the Email to test the Regex Rule
Replace Result: This is produced by finding the matching value which has been set to 'Conference Id: (Number)' + Using the Replace value has been set to sfbvr**(Number)@mydomain.com.
Here our Replace result is email@example.com
To summarize, if the email that the resource account finds contains the text 'Conference ID: 303047' anywhere in the body, then Synergy JOIN will use the regex rule to find this text and match this text. Behind the OBTP will be the dial in of firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Pexip Policy Script will also have to be placed within the Pexip Infrastructure in order for the call to be routed to the IVR. Additional Information on the Pexip Policy Script can be found here.
