If you see the error message - 'Synchronization state data is corrupt or otherwise invalid.' Below are a few steps you can follow to fix the problem.
Stop the JOIN service(from the General Settings tab)
Go to this location on the JOIN Server: C:\SynergySKY\SynergySKYEnterpriseScheduling\databases
Find the folder with the name of the Room email address, find the file called 'Sync Cookie' and delete it.
Once you have done this, start the service again.
A new Sync Cookie should appear in this folder. Once it appears, could you then book a test meeting for the room.
If the above does not work, then we will try the next step which will be to remove the room from JOIN and readd it again. To do this you will have to do the following:
Could you remove the room from Synergy JOIN (by double clicking on the room on the Rooms tab).
Once you have deleted the room, could you click Save Changes*
Once the changes have been saved, could you go to the following location: C:\SynergySKY\SynergySKYEnterpriseScheduling\databases
Find the folder with the name Room email address and delete the folder.
Once the folder is deleted, can you stop the JOIN service(from the General Settings tab) then start the service again
Following this, could you then add the room back via the rooms tab. You will also have to reconfigure the room via the 'Video Systems' tab.
Once you have done this, could you click Save Changes*
Once you have done this, could you do another test meeting and things should start working as expected.
