We have noticed there are occasions when One button To Push meetings are not being displayed properly on the touch panel. This issue normally occurs when a custom wallpaper/background is applied to the touch panel.
This has been noticed on the Cisco SX10 device however there have been mentions of the display not working correctly on other Cisco touch panel models.
To resolve this problem there are two steps you can take:
1. Deactivate the custom background and you will be able to have the OBTP button along with all meeting details displayed on the Touch Panel
2. Upgrade your touch panel to version 8.3.0 or higher. This will allow you to have your custom background whilst also having the OBTP option available.
